CocktailsTwo for 16, Sunday to Friday, not 7 December to 2 January

Seasonal cocktails

This season’s four

Here for the season, then gone. Each is £12, and each has a story the bar will happily tell you.

Banoffee & Miso Espresso Martini 12

Appleton Estate rum, Kahlúa, coffee, banana, salted caramel, honey, miso. Sweet and savoury, hand in hand: our own sous-vide banana and miso rum against salted caramel, tied together with freshly brewed espresso.

Sweet Tart 12

Eristoff vodka, triple sec, honey, limoncello, egg white, lemon. Layers that leave you wanting more: fresh lemon zest and juice with honey under a sweet, homemade limoncello foam.

Berry & Balsamic Collins 12

Bombay Sapphire, raspberry, strawberry, balsamic, lemon, soda. Fresh and light: sweet berries against the mellow acidity of balsamic vinegar.

Cold Coast Highball 12

Eristoff vodka, Noilly Prat, apple juice, lemon, elderflower, kombu, soda. A bold one: a homemade kombu seaweed saline at the centre, dry vermouth around it, fresh apple and a little elderflower to soften it.
